What is GiantsSuites.com?

Giantssuites.com is the official single game suites website of the San Francisco Giants. Giantssuites.com is designed specifically for suite and premium seating sales. This website is operated by the San Francisco Giants and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the San Francisco Giants?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the San Francisco Giants.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Renting a Suite

How do I purchase a San Francisco Giants suite?

To rent a San Francisco Giants suite at Oracle Park, click on the game you wish to attend via the RENT A SUITE page to see available suite options. Suites can be purchased directly on our website by entering your credit card information.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Giants Premium Seating Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only, accessible through the MLB Ballpark App

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an Account Manager and the Giants will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets through the MLB Ballpark App. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Oracle Park.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on GiantsSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all suites are ADA accessible.

Payment

Can I pay using a different payment method?

Acceptable forms of payment on GiantsSuites.com include

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The Giants prefer Visa.

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative. If you prefer to use an alternate payment method, please contact us at [email protected]

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation for a refund?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order food & beverage?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Giants representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering.

Any catering preorders will be due 2 business days prior to your event

Am I required to purchase food & beverage?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in suites

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs vary based on the package selected. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - i.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Giants Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) up until 2 days prior to the game.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Oracle Park. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Oracle Park)

Please refer to the Giants Gameday Guide and A to Z Guide for information on permitted items, bag policy and all other details related to your game day experience at Oracle Park.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to the Blue Shield of CA Field Club & Alaska Airlines Club Level.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Parking passes included with your suite purchase are for the 153 Townsend Garage, right across the street from the Willie Mays Plaza entrance. Suite guests should visit our Transportation page to explore travel options.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

Suite guests may enter via the Suite Lobby at Willie Mays Plaza. Your Giants representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch on Monday-Friday and 2 hours prior to first pitch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I order food & beverage during my event?

Yes. In-game food and drink orders can be placed directly with Diamond 58 Catering from your suite.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have a suite issue on gameday, who can I contact?

Each suite is serviced by a game day suite concierge. If you have an issue, please contact your concierge or visit the concierge desk, located on in the Willie Mays lobby on the suite level.
